About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, working as part of a small, close-knit team committed to high standards of service.
As a Housekeeper, you will clean and prepare guest rooms, change linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure every room is fresh and welcoming. You'll also be responsible for keeping public areas tidy and addressing any maintenance issues by reporting them. In addition, you'll participate in deep cleaning projects and ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Collaboration with front of house Hosts will be essential to creating a seamless guest experience.
Previous housekeeping experience is required, and you must be capable of working in a fast paced environment. We're looking for someone with attention to detail, physical stamina, and a positive attitude. About the Role
Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences? We are seeking a naturally engaging and service-oriented Host to join our new boutique hotel. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel warmly welcomed from arrival to departure. As part of a small but vibrant team, you will be a key part of delivering a genuine service and a seamless guest experience.
As a Host, you will welcome guests upon arrival, efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, and provide valuable information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions. You will also assist with food and beverage service, including serving alcoholic drinks, and collaborate with fellow hosts and housekeeping to ensure seamless service coordination throughout guest's stay.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous experience in guest facing and customer service roles is preferred and also ideally with proficiency in reservation systems. Familiarity with the local area and a concierge-level knowledge of nearby attractions and dining options would be highly valued.
